Delivery & Other Costs
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the camper is returned excessively dirty or requires cleaning beyond normal use. Campsite fees and reservations are the renter’s responsibility.

- No concerts, festivals, or tailgating.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking or vaping.
- Renter is responsible for campsite fees and reservations.
- Campsite must be level and accessible for delivery.
Cancellation Policy
14+ days before your trip:
Full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee.
7–13 days before your trip:
50% refund.
6 days or less:
No refund.
Travel protection is recommended for unexpected events.

“We had a great experience renting from Gary. He dropped off our camper and when we arrived he had everything hooked up, the AC running and even a mat, chairs, a prep table and propane grill set up! The camper was great—it was very clean and the bedding was brand new and super soft. All the supplies we could ask for were there—lots of things we totally forgot to pack like bar soap, lanterns, bug spray and sandwich bags! Gary was available for questions all weekend, but we didn’t have any because it was all so well set up! Would totally rent from him again.”
